Re-Enrollment form is now available in the student PowerSchool account. Complete "Re-Enrollment 22-21 year". This must be completed before Thursday (5/20/21). If you do NOT plan to re-enroll contact the front office to formally withdraw. If any information needs corrections it must be completed through a parents Powerschool account.
