Description
Tierra Encantada Charter School is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. The Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school office and supporting staff, students, and families.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage communication between staff, parents, and students
- Maintain student records and manage attendance
- Coordinate school events and activities
- Assist with enrollment and registration processes
- Support the school director, principal and other staff as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
