Tierra Encantada Charter School in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a passionate Science Teacher for grades 7–12 for the 2025–2026 school year. This position offers a chance to be part of a small, mission-driven school community where bilingualism, equity, and project-based learning are at the heart of what we do.

What You’ll Do:
• Teach science content aligned to NGSS and New Mexico graduation requirements
• Engage students with hands-on, inquiry-based learning and real-world application
• Collaborate in a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Serve as a Crew leader and mentor
• Participate in ongoing professional development

Who You Are:
• Licensed NM teacher or eligible for licensure in secondary science
• Background in life sciences, chemistry, physics, or related field
• Committed to culturally and linguistically responsive teaching
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Ready to make a meaningful impact in a diverse community
