Use time today to brainstorm on what you want to create for your Passages Art Piece (or you can start working on it). We will be sharing out tomorrow on what you have decided on.

You will also want to submit a document that has a brief sentence about what you will be creating and why.

Possible ideas include paintings, sculptures, a film you make, a song you write or perform, a video of you playing sports, crafts, etc. You want to be able to connect with the why of what this piece represents and how it is important to you and your journey.

LT: I can add two pieces of work for each of my Spring 2021 classes.

Insert two pieces of work for each of your Spring 2021 classes. If you complete this step, please also include the LT and the grade for each of these assignments. You should have one assignment you're really proud of and another assignment you're not proud of.

LT: I can work in a small group to write a story.

1. Choose a fairy tale or story that you are all familiar with.
2. Choose a genre that you would like to write this story in: science fiction, mystery, horror, comedy, romance, etc.
3. Rewrite the story in your genre.

LT: I can work in a team to create a Kahoot that allows our CREW to get to know myself and my teammates better.

Create a Kahoot with at least 12 questions about the members of your team.
We will be sharing these Kahoots on Thursday, January 14.

You will create a Halloween-themed story of any genre. You'll want to make sure you build it out (and include pictures) and have your introduction, rising action, climax, falling action, and conclusion. You will be sharing these with the entire class the last week of October.

Write a 3-paragraph rough draft of your "About Me." You will want to describe who you are, what's important to you, what you like to do with your free time, and your academic goals for the year, your overall goals, etc.

LT: I can work in a group to present a plan for a team vacation.
