Thanks to those of you who have filled out the questionnaire. There is a glitch with the "Parent / Guardian email address" question, as some have noticed. So I am attaching a Google Doc here to collect that information. Please fill our and return by Friday at noon. I apologize for that, and I appreciate your patience and help.
So, to summarize, this week (8.10-8.14) you are being asked to read and fill out three documents:
1. Syllabus
2. Questionnaire
3. Parent / Guardian Contact Form
All of these are on Google Classroom/Classwork. These are all graded tasks.
